Summary
The WORKSHOP TOURISM & CREATIVE INDUSTRY took place in Valencia, on July 11th and 12th, 2013 in order to review the latest research in the field of different creative industries related to tourism (eco-tourism, cultural tourism, cultural tourism, culinary tourism and heritage tourism) from a multidisciplinary point of view.
Distinguished papers were selected to be presented during the two-days workshop. We encouraged the participation of professors as well as Master & Doctorate Students.
